Job summary

FABR GLOBAL leads a major hyperscale data center development in Vernon, Texas, directing all phases from ground-breaking to final commissioning. The Project Executive will own operational, financial, and safety accountability across civil, MEP fit-out, and integrated testing, partnering with AES and Fortune 500 stakeholders.

Qualifications

10–15 years of construction leadership on mission-critical/data center projects.
Experience delivering projects $500M+ or campuses >100 MW.
Knowledge of medium-to-low voltage distribution, air handling, and automation frameworks.
Full-time on-site leadership presence in Vernon, TX.

Responsibilities

Direct large-scale construction activities from groundbreaking through IST and handover.
Coordinate with partners, utilities, and client teams to ensure testing, energization, and commissioning readiness.
Oversee structural and MEP fit-out sequences and ensure safety and quality standards.
Manage punch lists and transition between construction teams, engineering groups, and operations.
