Job summary

Reuben Cooley Inc. is seeking a field manager to coordinate and lead mission-critical renovation and upgrade projects within live data center environments. The role involves aligning internal and subcontractor teams across client, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes to meet project milestones.

The successful candidate will drive safety and quality, manage site access, and identify process bottlenecks to improve overall performance on complex data center build-outs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mission-critical and Data Center construction field management experience.
• Experience leading crews in live data center environments.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety and quality best practices.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction methods.
