Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Safety Supervisor to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive accident prevention programs across construction projects. The role emphasizes field assessments, jobsite inspections, training delivery, and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise safety programs, perform hazard analyses, lead safety meetings, and coach employees toward safer behaviors. A minimum of five years in construction safety and OSHA 30 are required, with STS-C or higher due within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• STS-C or above within 90 days of employment.
• Experience with union workforce is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication to influence safety behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages accident prevention efforts for projects.
• Develop and facilitate safety training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments and jobsite inspections.
• Develop and implement safety programs meeting company standards.
• Coordinate safety meetings and trainings for effective communication.
• Support incident investigations and job hazard analyses.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to encourage safe behaviors.
