• Analyze construction finances and budgets.
• Manage construction projects to increase data center resiliency.
• Perform constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Maintain construction quality control and report metrics to team.
