Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Quality Superintendent to lead the quality assurance program on high-profile data center and mission-critical construction projects across the country. You will implement and oversee the quality management system, driving compliance with codes, standards, and customer expectations while fostering a culture of quality across teams.

You will manage quality staff, coordinate with engineers and superintendents, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction

Qualifications

• Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Experience in quality management within construction, especially large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with quality management tools.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• 40-hour work week with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow the quality management system per industry standards.
• Enforce QC processes across projects and ensure code/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess quality performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and metrics.
• Provide guidance to superintendents, field superintendents and engineers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes.
• Review contracts, plans, specs for quality requirements and hold points.
• Manage a team of inspectors at project level.
