Qualifikationen

• Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Experience in quality management within construction, preferably large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from heights.

• Follow quality management system and corporate standards.
• Enforce QA/QC processes across projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess quality performance.
