Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cx Project Manager to oversee QAQC and commissioning for electrical and/or specialty systems.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, develop scopes and budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant startup. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management and 5 years in related PM roles plus 8 years commissioning/startup experience, with strong time-management for high-value projects and heavy

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• Experience: 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects exceeding $25MM in contract value strongly preferred.
• Travel: 75 - 100%.
• Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri; may work outside hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget.
• Reviews outgoing QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating Department to ensure accuracy.
• Utilizes internal groups and monitors progress of each deliverable.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan and integrates safety departments.
• Coordinates with the client and affected parties on daily start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to resolve.
