Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Cx Associate Project Manager to oversee electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects. You will generate business, manage project scope, schedule, and QA/QC/Cx deliverables, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure safety and success.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of electrical construction, experience in commissioning/start-up, and the ability to travel extensively to project sites.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience: Five years of Project Management/Construction/Project Engineering/Commissioning Management with 8 years commissioning/start-up for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects exceeding $25MM in contract value preferred.
• Travel: Up to 100%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential for different hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Develops QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget.
• Reviews QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Utilizes internal functional groups and monitors progress of each deliverable.
• Develops QAQC/Cx safety plan with internal safety teams.
• Coordinates with client and parties on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities, leading meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies during procedures.
• Participates in performance review process for field leadership.
