Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Commissioning Manager – Senior Consultant to lead onsite QA/QC, startup readiness, and cross-discipline testing for a mission-critical project in Childress, TX. You will coordinate with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to ensure safe, efficient startup and system turnover.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commissioning/startup on industrial or high-tech projects, strong MEP and controls experience, and proven

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commissioning programs on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Onsite work in Childress, TX and ability to access all areas of an active site.
• United States work authorization without sponsorship; pass pre-employment screen.
• Strong MS Office and project-management software skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution across all levels of commissioning, from FAT to startup and integrated tests.
• Review functional test scripts against OPR, BOD, and sequences of operation.
• Plan, direct, and execute integrated systems testing and load bank testing.
• Drive QA/QC programs, verify subcontractor QA/QC, and close out deficiencies.
• Lead startup meetings with trade managers, design team, and client.
