Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Cx Project Manager to provide general management of electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and commissioning scopes. The role includes successfully managing commissioning and startup schedules, travel up to 100%, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5 years of PM/Construction Management/Project Engineering/Commissioning Management experience with 8 years commissioning/start-up for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects over $25MM in value.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture and fosters employee relations.
• Develops QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget.
• Reviews QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates with clients and internal groups for day-to-day start-up and Cx activities.
• Leads daily, weekly, and monthly commissioning meetings and related sessions.
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates to resolve items.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations for direct reports.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent and provides constructive feedback.
