Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cx Associate Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems projects. You will generate new business, manage project staff, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver commissioning/start-up success.

The role requires strong PC and MS Office skills, with Accubid and AutoCAD knowledge preferred, plus relevant electrical construction experience. Willingness to travel 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience: 5 years of PM/CM/Project Engineering/Commissioning Management with 8 years commissioning/start-up experience for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects >$25MM in value is strongly preferred.
• Travel: Up to 100% and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Supports development of QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget.
• Reviews QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates with client and internal teams for start-up activities and meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and ensures timely resolution.
• Collaborates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies.
