Job summary

Faith Technologies, Phoenix-based provider in electrical engineering and renewable energy, seeks a Quality and Commissioning Program Manager to oversee high-profile projects. You will ensure quality standards, support training development, and coordinate start-up activities across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 6 years of electrical experience, travel about 50%, and ability to lead program-level efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6 years of electrical experience and leadership in quality management and commissioning on large-scale projects.
• Experience in developing and executing training programs is highly desirable.
• Travel: 50%.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require work any day to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for designated clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup until a full-time Project Manager is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to align with client expectations and goals.
• Contribute to site-level quality and commissioning meetings at each client site.
• Interview field staff up to Field Managers to ensure quality standards.
• Provide guidance on program quality and commissioning requirements.
• Lead and oversee specific program efforts and geographic needs.
• Coordinate subcontracting of external resources when needed.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills.
• Report to the Commissioning Operations Leader and Program Manager.
