Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy and Negotiation to support the Business Development team through the full deal lifecycle, from initial contact to lease execution. You will gain exposure to data center real estate, sharpen financial modeling skills, and work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Denver-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking or related roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and Excel financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand changes within the data center industry.
• Perform customer research and due diligence to understand requirements and stakeholders.
• Abstract and summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets.
• Draft preliminary term sheets outlining proposed business terms for prospective deals.
• Assist with investment committee memos summarizing deal overviews and recommendations.
• Track evolving commercial terms and perform ad hoc financial analyses with Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address commercial questions and dependencies.
• Track critical path milestones and report on commercial milestones in WBR.
• Assist with negotiation and documentation of final lease and related agreements.
• Monitor active transactions and provide ad hoc status reports to leadership.
