Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Associate for the Capital Markets team. You will own end-to-end financial models and lead asset-level analysis across development stages to drive deal execution and capital raises.

The role involves debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, with cross-functional collaboration and external partner engagement. Hybrid Denver, CO-based with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 3+ years in project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, PE, or advisory.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build/audit models independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial models for data center assets across development stages.
• Drive debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions.
• Review financing documents and coordinate with lenders, advisors, and counsel.
• Draft external presentations for lenders/investors and internal IC materials.
• Evaluate portfolio-level financing strategies and capital raises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financing with delivery timelines.
