• 10+ years in data center or compute infrastructure operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams in multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident response and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health and readiness of compute clusters and network infrastructure.
• Lead hardware incident triage, FRU replacement and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with network and reliability teams for root cause analysis.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, and secure media handling.
• Lead incident command and post-incident reviews.
