Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a hands-on Datacenter Cluster Manager to lead compute infrastructure operations and reliability across multiple data center sites. You will manage technicians, engineers and contractors ensuring health, availability, and secure lifecycle of high-performance compute and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center or compute infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with multi-site operations and 24/7 production.
• Strong hands-on in server hardware and health monitoring.
• Knowledge of data center networking and fiber optics.

Responsibilities

• Own daily health and readiness of compute clusters across sites.
• Lead hardware incident triage and field replacements.
• Coordinate with network and reliability teams on root cause analysis.
• Oversee asset accountability and secure media handling.
• Lead incident command and post-incident reviews.
