Job summary

CommScope is seeking a Client Success Manager in Shakopee, MN to lead project initiatives within accounts and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure capabilities are defined and delivered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with computer applications including SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify priority projects within each account and coordinate with Customer Service to define capabilities.
• Maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.
• Manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, including logistics during initiation, planning, execution, control and closure.
