Job summary

Ramboll Group in Houston is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site feasibility, permitting, and design for data centers and large industrial sites. You will guide civil/site engineering from concept through construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and AHJs to deliver sustainable, code-compliant solutions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with ~5+ years of experience; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant civil/site engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Experience with land development and site civil design for large projects.
• Strong PM skills and ability to coordinate with AHJs.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data center and large industrial projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk across multiple projects.
• Direct technical work including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and authorities.
• Mentor engineers and CAD staff and contribute to client development.
