Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its Advanced Manufacturing group, focusing on state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities, including data centers. You’ll manage schedule and technical quality across multi-disciplinary civil design, grading, and earthwork calculations.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months). The role supports hybrid work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of engineering experience on large-scale industrial developments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary civil design teams and projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; able to prepare construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Site development, site master planning and site selection.
• Underground utility routing and site space planning.
• Hydrology analysis for storm drain design.
• Designing gravitational wastewater systems.
• Preparing final grading plans with earthwork balancing.
• Providing erosion and sediment control and stormwater plans.
• Adhering to AHJ requirements for design and construction.
• Stormwater modeling in Civil/StormCAD software.
