Job summary

Salute is a leading provider of cutting-edge Data Center Infrastructure Services. The Critical Facility Manager will oversee electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to ensure peak efficiency and uptime for hyperscale clients.

The role reports to the Regional Director and collaborates with onsite CFEs, technicians, and vendors to maintain Salute's Playbook standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data center operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety systems.
• Experience leading facility operations teams.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center facility operations and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with CFEs and third‑party vendors for outages or upgrades.
• Ensure 100% uptime while maintaining safety and compliance.
