Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Project Facilitator, Capital Projects Engineer to join the site-level Data Center Operations team. You will manage capital improvements, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting mission-critical facilities operations.

You’ll lead scope development, schedules, RFPs, change forms, and safety compliance, mentoring team members and optimizing vendor performance for best value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managing projects and vendor relationships.
• Data Center knowledge and hands-on facilities experience.
• AA/AS degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with Procore or CMMS is a plus but not required.
• Facilities maintenance understanding and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work, project schedule, and critical path.
• Upgrade and replace building infrastructure systems.
• Assemble and issue RFPs from multiple contractors.
• Collect Change Management Forms and MOPs.
• Schedule projects with vendors and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform QA inspections once projects start.
• Mentor Capital Project team members.
• Manage vendors to deliver quality work at best price.
