Amazon in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced AMER DC Delivery Operations Program Manager to lead data center capacity programs. You will collaborate with Technical Infrastructure PMs, Business Development, Construction PMs, and Energy PMs to deliver capacity for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, tracking metrics, coordinating funding requests, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvements and automation to drive efficiency in data center capacity processes.
• Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate program performance.
• Coordinate across finance, sourcing, and delivery teams to assemble funding requests and reports.
• Maintain funding request trackers and align timing with leadership reviews.
• Communicate program status clearly to leadership and team members.
• Mitigate risks to capacity delivery by managing approvals and dependencies.
