Amazon in Herndon, VA is seeking a Data Center Delivery Operations Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of AMER Capacity Delivery. This role partners with senior leaders, operations, and finance to plan, review, and communicate progress against goals.

You will drive end-to-end headcount planning, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and build scalable reporting mechanisms. The position emphasizes ownership, clear writing, and delivering results at pace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience using data to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly goal reviews and ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Lead weekly business reviews and cross-organizational reviews.
• Manage end-to-end headcount planning with finance.
• Translate leadership priorities into scalable operating mechanisms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting.
• Communicate progress with executives through narratives and summaries.
