Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of the AMER Capacity Delivery organization.

You will manage monthly goal reviews, weekly cross‑org business reviews, and the headcount planning cycle in partnership with finance and senior leaders. The ideal candidate has strong business judgment, exceptional written communication, and the ability to translate leadership priorities into scalable operating mechanisms and drive cross‑functional work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the monthly goal review mechanisms for the organization.
• Lead the operating cadence of business reviews across the team and organization.
• Manage the headcount planning process end to end.
• Serve as the connective tissue between leadership, business ops, finance, and teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring reporting.
