Job summary

Next Level Technician in Lenoir, NC is seeking entry-level Data Center Technicians with residential electrical experience to support low-voltage cabling projects. The role is full-time and offers $20.00/hour, with weekly pay and room to grow through structured training and industry certifications.

You will assist in installing low-voltage cabling, learn industry standards, and work with experienced teams on commercial builds.

Qualifications

Experience using hand tools and working in construction or technical environments.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of low-voltage cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Pull, route, label, and organize Cat5e, Cat6, coax, and fiber optic cabling.
Support construction activities including material handling, site cleanup, and basic installation tasks.
Work closely with lead technicians, foremen, and project supervisors.
Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize PPE.
Learn industry standards and best practices for structured cabling installations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Take direction, learn new skills, and contribute to project success.
