Next Level Technician in Ashburn, VA is hiring an Entry Level Data Center Technician with residential electrical and cable experience to join our long-term team. Earn $20.00/hour while gaining hands-on experience in commercial low-voltage and structured cabling.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools in construction or technical environments preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of low-voltage cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments
• Pull, route, label, and organize Cat5e, Cat6, coax, and fiber optic cabling
• Support construction activities including material handling, site cleanup, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with lead technicians, foremen, and project supervisors
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize PPE
• Learn industry standards and best practices for structured cabling installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Take direction, learn new skills, and contribute to project success
