Next Level Technician is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Cable Technician for a Charlotte, NC project. The role involves leading field crews, installing and terminating CAT5e/CAT6, and performing MDF/IDF buildouts with emphasis on printed layouts and quality. You will coordinate with project leadership and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications
- 4+ years commercial structured cabling experience preferred.
- Previous Lead Technician experience.
- Strong CAT5e/CAT6 installation and termination skills.
- Testing and troubleshooting experience.
- MDF/IDF, racks and patch panel experience.
- Ability to read prints and lay out work.
- Ability to lead and provide direction to other technicians.
- Basic low voltage hand tools and PPE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support low voltage technicians in the field.
- Pull, route, dress and terminate CAT5e/CAT6.
- Terminate jacks and patch panels.
- Install racks, cabinets, J-hooks and pathway.
- Complete MDF/IDF buildouts.
- Test and troubleshoot structured cabling.
- Read prints and lay out work for assigned areas.
- Monitor installation quality and productivity.
- Communicate progress and material needs with project leadership.
