Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center or critical facility.
• Experience with UPS, generators, and switchgear.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, CMMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor building systems for 100% uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Manage work orders, CMMS, and vendors.
• Respond to site emergencies and escalations.
• Support safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
