Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a data center/critical facility.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MSOffice, Google Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance of building systems to ensure uptime.
• Analyze operation, diagnose issues, and take corrective action per safety policies.
• Manage work orders, vendor coordination, and customer-facing tickets.
• Understand site incidents and escalate per procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.
