Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Data Center Associate for the Lockbourne, USA datacenter. This full-time role focuses on material orders, inventory management, and the assembly and installation of servers and components using hand and power tools.

Expect interaction with customers and cross-department collaboration. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, performing quality checks, and maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.
• Experience with computers and warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders on site.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with precision and follow diagrams for cabling.
• Install rack hardware and populate electronic components using hand and power tools.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards in the work area.
