Job summary

CBRE on-site Foreman role overseeing project execution, quality, safety, and schedules across multiple crews. You will coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors, supporting both new deployments and live site requests while ensuring customer standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cabling builds, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office; CFTT/CFI certifications are preferred, with focus on mentoring Leads and upholding safety rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in installation of standard cabling technologies and managing large-scale build projects
• Ability to lead multiple crews and prioritize workload
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager
• Oversee productivity, safety, and milestones on site
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and other trade contractors for execution of work
• Manage and control labor on assigned projects
• Survey completed work with QAQC Specialist before walking with Field Engineer
