Job summary

InfraServices seeks a Data Center Foreman to lead field installation crews delivering data center infrastructure in colocation, enterprise, regional, and hyperscale environments. This working lead role directs crew activities, interfaces with customers, manages redlines and as-built docs, and ensures safety and quality on every project.

The Foreman will guide installation of racks, cabling, grounding, power distribution, and containment systems while supporting project planning, material

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or related trade school education.
• Five+ years in data center infrastructure installation or telecom deployment.
• Experience leading installation crews or as a lead technician.
• Experience in colocation, enterprise, or hyperscale data centers preferred.
• Must have or obtain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card and First Aid/CPR.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure deployment and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crews performing data center infrastructure installations.
• Direct daily work assignments per schedules and engineered drawings.
• Serve as on-site customer contact for installation activities and coordination.
• Oversee installation of racks, containment, cabling, and power distribution.
• Review drawings, floor plans, scopes of work, and MOPs with teams.
• Ensure QA/QC and as-built documentation are accurate.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Maintain safe work practices and timely timecard submissions.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
