Qualifications

• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work in construction and project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 10+ years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years with industrial controls in critical environments (data centers, pharma, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage scope of Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) for AWS data center construction.
• Ensure data center controls are deployed per SOW and specs.
• Review MEP drawings and develop controls BOM.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight project timelines.
• Provide vendor management and life-cycle support for controls systems.
• Develop and modify control logic and graphical interfaces.
