• History of experience and proven results in construction management.
• Ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards and project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, budgets, contracts, and schedules with the team.
• Review submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and project logs for progress meetings.
• Prepare and monitor schedules; support problem resolution and revisions.
• Assist with payment requests and change orders; manage close-out tasks.
