CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee two facility coordinators and six maintenance technicians across a multi-building data center campus in Quincy, WA.

The role focuses on operations, repairs, and investment planning within regulated spaces. You will support property managers by coordinating with trades, directing installation tasks, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forecast budgets for maintenance projects.
• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Lead major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
• Serve as the point of contact for all front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain broad knowledge of own discipline and some knowledge of several related disciplines.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to reach agreements.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and explain complex information plainly.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. This role will oversee two facility coordinators and six maintenance technicians on a multi-building data center campus in Quincy, WA.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
