Job summary

Meta seeks an Area Schedule Lead, Leased, to oversee the schedule management for a portfolio of data center projects. You will partner with the Delivery Team and Project Controls to forecast, mitigate risks, and drive on-time delivery across cross-functional groups.

The role emphasizes speed to market, effective schedule change management, and collaboration with sites, contracts, finance, sourcing and operations engineering; 25–50% travel to data center sites and Meta offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling software.
• Experience in Owner’s planning/scheduling program management.
• Experience with Data Center, infrastructure, or complex construction programs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates; interface with risk management and cross-functional partners.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks via risk registers and health reviews.
• Manage vendor and contractor schedule management and baseline development.
• Lead contractor EOT processes and advise on delay tracking and claims.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and schedule analyses; escalate to Health Reviews as needed.
• May lead a small team of consultants for designated portfolio scheduling.
