Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Data Center Construction in Phoenix. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, 7+ years in commercial construction PM, and 4+ years leading data center builds. Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/Procore/CMiC preferred. Travel to active sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred).
• 4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.
• Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
