Job Title: Data Center and Computer Operations Analyst – 2nd/3rd shift Swing Shift
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Role Summary:
- 2nd/3rd shift swing shift- Monitor computer systems to ensure they are running smoothly and securely to maintain productivity and minimize disruptions for the company. Maintain constant communication with 3rd party providers to ensure all our processes are running smoothly. Maintain all batch cycles using Stonebranch Workload scheduler for MOA interactions with AWS Cloud computing, Qlik, Salesforce, FIS and Omni DC
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues and escalate if needed.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate system software, hardware, and network issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions, using Service Now, Status Page and CS Client Portal tickets.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Creating, maintaining, and adjusting schedules based on project requirements
- Perform analysis, design and implementation of batch processing workflows using Stonebranch workload scheduler Automation platform.
- Maintain Problem Determination System by updating, assigning and closing tickets with root cause and resolution.
- This role will be required to cover 2nd shift when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Stonebranch (or like scheduling software)
- A basic understanding of how computer hardware and software work.
- The ability to communicate well with others.
- An understanding of process management, file systems, security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Time management and organization skills for prioritizing tasks accurately based on a production schedule
- Familiarity with common operating systems and network monitoring programs
- Excellent data entry skills for accurately maintaining processing logs

- Integrity to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business data
- Verbal and written communication to explain complex technical information to users with little technical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud environment experience (AWS, Salesforce, QLik)
- Knowledge of workload scheduling technologies (e.g., Stonebranch, Broadcom ESP, IBM/TWS).
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or like change and incident management software.
- Knowledge of the following – SolarWinds, VMware/Horizon, WinSCP
- Scripting Language such as Python, PowerShell or similar.
- Knowledge of Git commits for version control.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $46,200 - $69,300
