Position Summary
The preference is for a candidate in the Phoenix or Chicago metropolitan areas; however, this position can be Work From Home anywhere or in another Aetna/CVS office in the United States.

There is no better place than within Underwriting as a Pricing Operations Analyst in our Client Financial Analysis and Optimization department. This is a strategic role where you will have the ability to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and profitability, with the goal of winning, retaining and growing our business. You will be critical to the continued success of CVS Health as the leading pharmacy benefits manager (PBM).
As an analyst, you will:
- Manage pricing operations for a $10Bn revenue business unit
- Mitigate risk through careful contract review and execution of processes
- Be a key player in helping us define how we respond to market events like new strategies and regulations
- Support our Underwriting & Sales teams as they negotiate with clients in our Employer Accounts segment - typically Fortune 500 companies or equivalent groups
- Own the execution of pricing strategy with internal partners - like our Finance, Network and Rebate Administration groups
- Manage pricing strategy execution for some of our largest clients and making key recommendations that impact CVS Health's top line revenue and bottom-line financials
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of contract/pricing/financial analysis or related experience; may substitute a Master's level degree (or MBA/MLS) for some applicable work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- PBM/healthcare/health insurance experience
- Project or process management experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Finance or Business Degree preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
