Job description

Description:

  1. Manages day-to-day transactional execution of employee Human Resources programs; reviews, analyzes, and applies company policies to determine eligibility, partnering with internal departments and third-party vendors for seamless delivery.
  2. Analyzes basic time-keeping and absence management system issues by researching time entries and historical data; determines errors/corrections, reviews Op-Co specific policies, and makes appropriate updates/corrections; partners with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
  3. Updates and maintains the HR system of record with all employee-related information; provides employee data/history for government and statutory requests.
  4. Verifies proper approvals are obtained for monetary transactions and reviews colleagues’ transactions for accuracy.
  5. Provides timely and accurate communication to colleagues, managers, HR Business Partners/Generalists, and peers.
  6. Reviews documentation for program-related payments to ensure disbursements comply with company policies, regulations, and laws.
  7. Responsible for employee record retrieval and uploading documentation for programs administered by the HR Service Center.
