Trace3 in Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Architect to lead data and analytics initiatives across Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

This client-facing role blends hands-on architecture, leadership, and delivery oversight to design modern data platforms that empower analytics, AI, and reporting. You will move between executive conversations and technical design, establishing standards, guiding engineers, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture or related consulting.
• Hands-on production experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms and governance.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for production-quality code.
• Experience with CI/CD, data security, and performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture workshops and design governance across delivery lifecycles.
• Advise clients on data architecture choices, roadmaps, and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Produce architecture diagrams, standards and reference implementations.
• Mentor teams and develop reusable accelerators and templates.
