Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an experienced Atlan Implementation Project Leader/Manager to own the delivery of Customer 360 governance. This hands-on role requires running an integrated plan, RAID discipline, and close collaboration with the customer to move from connected platforms to a governed, adopted catalog.

You will manage end-to-end lineage validation, RBAC configuration, and rollout enablement, delivering repeatable patterns for future domains such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise data or analytics programs with delivery ownership.
• Experience implementing modern data catalogs or governance platforms (Atlan preferred).
• Strong ability to validate data lineage and orchestrate end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated delivery plan for remaining milestones and dependencies.
• Run RAID log and provide executive status reporting.
• Bridge advisory engagement with customer in-tenant responsibilities to close the execution gap.
• Lead end-to-end lineage validation for Customer 360 and resolve defects.
• Coordinate RBAC and access governance configurations and testing.
