Job summary

Erie County Office of Children & Youth Services is seeking a Statistical Assistant to support placement transfers, data entry, and reporting. You will enter placement transfer data, assist in back-up reporting for the Fiscal Unit, and help with ad hoc reports using multiple case management systems.

Working independently under supervision, you will contribute to system improvements, assist with staff orientations, and support the statewide reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic management principles and standards.
• Ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Experience with case management data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter placement transfers data and maintain placement transfer trails.
• Assist in generating reports such as Children and Youth 28 and other required reports.
• Provide software training and assist in new worker orientations.
