Responsibilities
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, reporting needs, and operational challenges.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analytics.
  • Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting tasks using tools such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual Excel-based processes with more scalable systems and workflows.
  • Evaluate existing tools and processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and visibility.
  • Improve data integrity and reporting consistency through documentation, standardization, and data governance practices.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, work instructions, and technical data documentation.
  • Train and support cross-functional teams on reporting tools, data responsibilities, and new workflows.
  • Serve as a consultative problem solver who can translate operational challenges into practical systems and data solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Approximately 6–10 years of experience in data analytics, business systems, operations, development, or similar roles.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and operational data structures.
  • Experience designing repeatable and scalable data workflows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms.
  • Experience with automation technologies such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow redesign tools such as Visio.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, or finance environments.
Preferred Experience
