Position Description
We’re growing rapidly and CGI is seeking a Business Analyst responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of their clients and stakeholders, and helping to determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. This work is typically within a specific business area and the role may be part of an IT project development environment or an individual contributor at the business interface.

This position is located in Houston, TX with a hybrid model in place of an expectation to be on site in Downtown Houston, Texas 3 days per week.
How You'll Make an Impact:
We are looking for a Business Analyst experienced in leading data integration, data analytics, and data quality improvement projects. Ability to understand various data types, data lifecycle, and interpret data use based on business requirements are essential. The business analyst will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and multiple suppliers to build a common understanding between teams. They should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and use SQL skills to query data and support data-driven decisions. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $78,400 - $169,700, based on various factors including skills and experience.
