Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is expanding its consumer practice to lead high-impact data breach and privacy class actions. You will own cases from inception, work autonomously, and mentor junior attorneys. The team emphasizes tech-driven litigation and client-facing collaboration, with opportunities to influence strategy.

The role requires 5–7 years in litigation, strong writing and advocacy skills, and experience with data breach matters. A competitive, fully remote national option is available.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience, with direct data breach exposure preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; independent matter management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discrete matters within consumer class actions and data breach portfolios.
• Draft and argue motions, assist with discovery, and prepare to depose witnesses.
• Interface with clients, co-counsel, and defense counsel with clarity.
• Oversee small teams of junior attorneys or analysts on filings.
• Shape case strategy by identifying trends in consumer privacy and data breach law.
• Collaborate with legal ops and tech teams to leverage LK’s systems.
• Maintain sub-5% revision rates and meet all deadlines.
