Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
• Significant experience handling data breach and privacy-related class action litigation.
• Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, privacy and data breach matters.
• Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Defending clients in data breach, privacy, and cybersecurity-related class action litigation.
• Managing all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advising clients on regulatory, compliance, and risk issues arising from cybersecurity incidents and data breaches.
• Working directly with partners and clients on complex, high-stakes disputes.
• Collaborating with lawyers across the firm's litigation, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory teams.
• Supporting incident response matters, investigations, and regulatory inquiries where required.
• Gaining exposure to a broader range of cyber, data, and security matters beyond traditional data breach litigation.
