A Top 50 Am Law firm is seeking a midlevel Associate to join its Data Breach Litigation team in Atlanta or New York. While your initial focus will be on data breach class actions and related regulatory matters, you will also have the opportunity to gain experience across a wider range of cyber and security litigation thanks to the team's highly collaborative, cross-office approach. You will be involved in the full litigation lifecycle, from case strategy and pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. You Will Have

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
• Significant experience handling data breach and privacy-related class action litigation.
• A demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, privacy, and data breach matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-management abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• CIPP/US certification preferred but not required.
• Incident response experience is a plus, but not essential.
