Gulf Coast Blood Center in Houston seeks a Manager of Data & Business Intelligence to transform data into trusted insights that support operational, clinical, and strategic decisions. You will own KPI governance and data strategy while partnering with MIS to maintain scalable data infrastructure.

You will lead BI delivery, executive reporting, and data storytelling, building dashboards and semantic models in Power BI to enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field (IT, Accounting, Workforce Analytics, Data Science) required.
• 7–10 years of experience in data and process improvement.
• Proven track record building and scaling dashboards and reporting ecosystems (Power BI).
• Experience owning and standardizing KPIs and business metrics across functions.
• Strong ability to deliver executive-level insights and data storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and executives.
• Lead executive reporting and storytelling.
• Define, standardize, and govern enterprise KPIs and data definitions.
• Oversee data pipelines, governance, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with HR, operations, and leaders to align analytics with business goals.
