Job summary

Horizon Media is seeking an entry-level candidate to assist Investors, Supervisors, and Directors in the stewardship of media buys across multiple outlets and accounts. You will help manage schedules, gather rates, and support data entry in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

95% - Media Schedule Data Management

• Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representative
• Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors
• Input/check post-logs in Core (response analysis system)
• Gather ad rates, and send schedules to media outlets
• Confirm media schedules
• Work across brand planning & other activation teams to ensure best results for client

Salary Range

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
